We value every single one of our wonderful witchcraft practising family. Not everyone understands the abilities or feels the magic in the way that we do but if you know, you know and what a wonderful gift it is.
It’s diff-occult for us to imagine the need to return one of our wonderful, bewitching products, however, if you do find there is a problem with your order, please get in touch straight away to make the process as fast and easy as possible!
Pay back’s a witch- but we will offer a full refund if your item is returned in its original packing within 7 days of its date of delivery. We cannot reimburse shipping or return fees but don’t worry – we care about our beautiful, enchanting community and it is our policy to own our mistakes so for any order fulfilled incorrectly, we will provide a free returns label via email (you don’t need to pay a penny). We’d hate for any one of our valued customers to be left with resting witch face! :P
Please make sure to include your tracking number from USPS. This is essential for all returns and failure to do so will delay the processing of your return/credit which we really don’t want- we’re all about embracing positive vibes and spreading good energies.
